Divine Partnering Agreement for Divine Light Activation

Welcome!  Here at Divine Transmissions Inc. when we engage with a Divine partner (AKA “client” or “you”) we are ALL IN. That is why we create powerful and potent energetic containers to support your commitment to your personal evolution and your being all in as well.

Getting to Know One Another

Part of these energy containers includes a process of getting to know one another before the invitation to register for an offering is placed on the altar. For the Divine Light Activation, you have read the material, chosen to apply, and you’ve had a chance to ask any questions and sleep on your decision to move forward. 

Powerfully Committing and Registering Officially

Another part of the container shows up in our agreements we co-create together. As such this agreement has been consciously created to support our Divine Light Activation partnership together both energetically and on the practical levels. The practical aspect of that includes the below information, which includes: your program details, investment and payment schedule, our policies (including our potent no-refund policy, business hours, copyright...) and partnering agreements between us. 

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and both the energetic and practical container/agreements we have put in place. 

This Agreement is being made between Danielle Hoffman of Divine Transmissions Inc. of 1211 E. Denny Way #10B Seattle, WA 98122 (Divine Transmitter or “we”) and of the address on file (Divine Partner or “you”).  

We both legally and energetically agree to the following:  

Program Description. 

Your Divine Light Activation Business Upgrade Remote participation online and via audio transmissions) Group Program (“Program”) includes: 

45-Day Rapid Shift Immersion for YOU

• 24 — 75-minute Divine Light Activation transmissions via audio recordings.

• Reincarnate as TWO Vibrationally Autonomous Light Beings Incarnate with Your Upgraded New-Paradigm Divine Selves’ Missions, Geniuses & Contributions in Unity Consciousness and Exponentiate Your Visibility, Income and Client Results.

• Two 75-minute Personal 1:1 Cosmic Mapping Sessions with one of our Certified Quantum Light Practitioners. You’ll receive your personalized Divine Light Activation chart based on your birthday and dive deeply into your UNIQUE genius, vision, and mission in this incarnation. Plus, have support in creating the results you desire along the way.

Investment and Payment. 

Investment: You agree that you are financially willing and able to invest in this Program by choice and that by doing so, you are not incurring any economic hardship in any way. 

1) No Refund Policy: We have a no refund policy. Transformation occurs when you are 100% committed from the start, and we ask that you keep that commitment for the entirety of our time together.  If there is any part of you that feels uncomfortable with this policy let's be sure to talk it through before you officially commit - as we want you to feel clear and purposeful with giving 100% to this journey, so that we are able to do the same in return.

Energetically this calibrates the container of us working together in a way for optimal results. And when you choose Divine wholeness and unity consciousness, it is natural for separation consciousness and slower vibrational emotions to come to the surface so when/if you have that inner voice come up that wonders what are you doing, or says you’re too busy, or invites you to second guess yourself you have powerful support to keep moving forward. That being said, if you find yourself experiencing any of the above please do share that with us so we can include that into the potent work we do together. 

Your satisfaction with our Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a NO refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion or future payments for any of our Programs, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final no refunds will be provided and if paying in installments you are responsible for paying for the entire program.

• If Divine Light Activation cancels for any reason, you will receive a full refund. 
• Of course, you have the right to cancel your participation (with no refund) at any time by informing us in writing. if you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason, you are still fully responsible for making all future program payments, and no refunds will be provided. 

2) Copyright, Confidentiality, and Intellectual Property: All Divine Transmission programs and all associated materials, including those in this program, are the intellectual proprietary property of the company and copyrighted by Danielle Hoffman and are to be kept confidential. To be clear, this means that you may not use or share the intellectual property and copyrighted materials from your Program outside of our work together (ie: with your clients or other clients of Divine Transmissions) and it may not be shared in any way without prior permission.

By signing below you agree  (1) not to infringe any Program participant’s or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, (2)  that any information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who disclosed or the Company, (3)  you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other  Program participants during  Program sessions. By signing below you further agree that  (4)  all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belong solely and exclusively to the Company and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and (5)  the reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited. Further,  by signing below you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other  Program participant(s)  will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.  

By signing below you agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any  Program participants.   We respect your confidential and proprietary information,  ideas, plans, and trade secrets and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Company. 

Agreements.

During the Program we both agree to do our best to uphold these agreements:

• Response-ability: Yes, No, or Renegotiate. For any request we, Danielle or the Divine Transmissions Team has of you, you have the ability to respond yes, no or renegotiate. or any request you have of us, Danielle or the Divine Transmissions Team, we have the ability to respond yes, no or renegotiate. 
• Equality: We both agree to show up from the energy of equality, eye-to-eye, peer-to-peer, Divine-to-Divine and co-create a partnership based on the evolved paradigm of relationships from the “50-yard line.”
• Conscious Choice: Each engages our free will and conscious choice to access what is ours to be, do and have individually and collectively, nothing more and nothing less.

Scheduling Appointments: For any logistical questions during your program please contact my client support team at team@divinetransmissions.com, please note that our business hours are weekdays between 9:00-4:00 pm (ET) (we are closed weekends and holidays). They will do their best to respond to you within 24 hours on weekdays. On weekends and holidays, they will do their best to reply to you by the next business day. 

Personal Responsibility for Your Well-Being.  

You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for yourself and all choices, actions, and results made before, during, and after your Program. You knowingly assume all of the risks of the Program related to your use, misuse, or non-use of the Program's content or materials. You agree to be mindful of your own well-being during the course of this Program, and you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your results.

Media Release: By participating in our Program, you consent to our use of comments, photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings containing your image, voice, text and/or likeness provided in any aspect of the Program, including through social media. You understand that these postings and/or recordings may or will be shared with potential clients or other clients who have purchased our Program.

Your signature on this agreement indicates your official registration in the Divine Light Activation Program and demonstrates your commitment to our partnership and full agreement with the requests above and understanding of the services provided.
