As a Conscious Leader, healer, coach and change agent you have a unique opportunity in front of you, which is to utilize a combination of your consciousness (being) with your action (doing). 

Most likely you've been coming into a greater integration of the two. 

With that being said there isn't a formula for this that is the same all of the time, like equal parts being and doing (like cooking rice where you put equal parts water and rice). 

Your being and doing are organic and in a dynamic play with one another. 

Sometimes your creations require a TON of inspired action (ideally always connected to your empowered being self) and other times what is really being asked of you is to BE a ton more and prune your activities.
